Ramm Ranch

In Yuba County northwest of Camptonville. It is mentioned as a mining settlement in 1856-1857. It was also known as Dutchman's Ranch and was famous for John Ramm's grapes. John Ramm was the father of Charles A. Ramm who became a member of the Catholic clergy of California, serving at one time as secretary to Archbishop Riordan at San Francisco.
